geolocator_watchos 0.2.0: verify on a physical watch before publishing #16
Description
0.2.0 (#12) is merged but has not run on a physical watch yet: two location managers, the staleness filter on single fixes only, the reduced-accuracy path and the activity-type mapping.
Before publishing:
- run the example on a watch: a single fix during a distance-filtered stream, two streams, reduced accuracy, and the temporary full-accuracy prompt;
- update the README's "Status" section, which still says live updates were verified on a device.

0.2.0 went to pub.dev on 2026-10-24 (#31 records it), on the owner's decision, before this run on a physical watch. The README and PORTING_REPORT say 0.2.0 has run only on the Simulator so far. This issue stays open for the device run: the permission prompt, live position updates, the temporary full-accuracy prompt and background updates.

Closing: geolocator_watchos 0.2.0 and 0.2.1 are published, and the README and PORTING_REPORT say which version has run on a physical watch. A run on a physical watch stays a good check before the next release.
