The libraries are upgraded to their latest versions: astroid, Jinja2, markupsafe, Flask, Flask-Babel, Flask-Login, SQLAlchemy, Flask-SQLAlchemy, itsdangerous, pyproj, lxml, Sphinx, sphinx-autoapi, APScheduler, Werkzeug, libpass, pytz, gunicorn, gevent.
These upgrades change how the DB is accessed through the App_context from flask, changes the Serializer from itsdangerous as TimedJSONWebSignatureSerializer is no longer available in newer versions and adds the overlaps and scalar_subquery due to SQLAlchemy upgrades.
Also, the LOGGER.warn deprecation was removed.
