Add "Zen of Git", "So You Think You Know Git" (FOSDEM 2024) and its follow-up "Part 2" (DevWorld 2024) to the Videos section on the External Links page, as suggested in the issue discussion. Closes git#2207

Adds 3 suggested videos (Zen of Git, So You Think You Know Git - FOSDEM 2024, Part 2 - DevWorld 2024) to layouts/shortcodes/external/videos.html, used on /doc/ext page. Git Merge playlists excluded per pushback in issue thread.
Currnently the thumbnails use YouTube's hosted thumbnail CDN (img.youtube.com/vi//hqdefault.jpg) as there is no local asset images for these videos existing two entries keep their local static/images/videos/ assets.
Happy to swap to local images if maintainers prefer that convention.
