ubuntu-latest now runs Ubuntu 26.04, and there is no Ruby 3.4.1 build for it, so every job that runs ruby/setup-ruby with this repo's .ruby-version stops at "Setup Ruby":

Using 3.4.1 as input from file .ruby-version
Error: Unavailable version 3.4.1 for ruby on ubuntu-26.04

The hourly "Check and update renamed/removed collection items" workflow has failed on every run since 2026-10-26 11:01 UTC, 127 in a row by 2026-10-31 18:00 UTC (latest: run 41227252390), and contributor PRs fail the lint and collections checks the same way (#5437 reports it). The Pages build on pushes to main runs the same step.

This bumps .ruby-version to 3.4.10, which is built for both Ubuntu 24.04 and 26.04. It is the newest 3.4 patch that the pinned ruby/setup-ruby v1.325.0 accepts: that release's version list stops at 3.4.10, so a later patch would fail the same step until the action is bumped. Gemfile.lock has no RUBY VERSION entry, so nothing else needs to change.

Checked in an ubuntu:26.04 container with the ruby-builder tarball that setup-ruby downloads (ruby-3.4.10-ubuntu-26.04-x64; the 3.4.1 one returns 404): bundle install and bundle exec rubocop pass, and rake topics (40 topics) and rake collections (20 collections, API checks skipped) finish with 0 failures and 0 errors. That is not a hosted run, so this PR's own checks are the real test.
