CLI names: refused ask gives the owner's email, ace directory doesn't name the serving Mac #687

Two small naming gaps on the command line. Seen in the two-Mac re-check V3 on Canary 0.0.54.96 (beb17a0, includes #681/#685).

• A refused ask names the owner by email. From nate16-1, ace-canary ask pair-hello-2 "what branch is this repo on?" printed Agent access is off in this channel, so only its owner, iamnbutler@gmail.com, can ask its agents. and exited 1. The app names the owner iamnbutler. fix(host): exit 1 from a failed ask, name agent access in a refusal, and tell unknown providers and models apart #681 resolves ace info's owner through the roster, but the relayed refusal still uses the Tailscale login. Map ^588.
• ace directory on a member Mac doesn't name the serving Mac. On natembp it prints only http://100.119.196.79:4142/directory / Synced 3m ago.. The serving Mac says This Mac serves it., and Settings → Team names nate16-1. Map ^881.
• Rejoining prints Joined. ace directory <url> for the directory you're already in prints Joined <url> with no note that nothing changed. Map ^882.

Expected: the GitHub login in the refusal, Served by nate16-1. on a member Mac, and Already in <url>. on a rejoin.
