Needs you leads somewhere (^387, ^577, ^614).

  • ^387, ^577: the raised hand in the sidebar and on the Dashboard's channel rows has a tooltip saying why: Needs you: the agent is waiting for your answer or Needs you: a run you started failed (with mentions appended in the sidebar). SidebarRow.needsAttention now carries the reason instead of a boolean.
  • ^577, ^614: a window that never chose a project, such as a fresh browser opened from the ace open sign-in link, opens the channel that needs you in its own project instead of the first project's empty Dashboard. It happens once per load and never overrides a saved project or channel.

Smoke-tested from this lane's build on an isolated host (port 5154) with projects alpha and beta and a question waiting in beta's channel: a fresh headless Chrome opened via the sign-in link landed on beta-ask with the question form; hovering the Dashboard row's hand and, from alpha-chat in All Projects, the sidebar hand showed the tooltips above. After choosing alpha-chat and reloading, the window stayed on alpha-chat.

Built in Ace

No. Built by a Claude Code fix-train worker in a lane, outside Ace, as part of a parallel fix train driven from a shared spool queue, and checked with headless Chrome via Playwright since Ace has no scripted browser UI checks; see #5.

…o project at the run that needs you

Why: apps/app/src/app.tsx#function App | only a window that never chose a project jumps to a run that needs you, once; a saved project or channel always wins
