- Scope: It's a release PR with no code changes, so the fix-PR "fails without the fix:" rule doesn't apply. The 21 changed files match the v0.9.13 release (#7175) file for file: 16 package manifests, 4 plugin manifests, the changelog entry and
releases/v0.9.14.md. - Versions: Every published manifest moves from 0.9.13 to 0.9.14. The only manifest not on 0.9.14 is
packages/sdk-playground, which isprivate: trueand wasn't bumped in earlier releases either. - Notes vs. range:
v0.9.13..HEADhas 19 commits besides the release commit. The notes list 17. The two left out are #7188 and its revert #7189, which cancel out as the body says. The base is currentmain(4d9a4e4e). Each note's commit SHA and PR number match the log, andreleases/v0.9.14.mdmatches the changelog entry. - Nit (doesn't block): The body credits the 60 s watchdog to #7182/#7183, but the watchdog is #7168. The notes themselves cite it correctly.
CI at this head when I reviewed: regression, preview-regression, Windows render, both player perf jobs and PR captures had passed. CI, Docs, CodeQL and the Lambda arm64 image were still running.

What changed
Release v0.9.14. Cloud renders no longer fail on
var()font shorthands,font-X-400names and linked font sheets (#7166), and they carry the system fonts a project uses (#7165). A wedged render trips a 60 second watchdog,checkcopies only what it plays and ends near 90 seconds (#7182, #7183), and a command waiting on the project lock says what it waits for (#7184). A background image that never decodes no longer stalls a frame (#6972), a logo no longer renders stretched (#7179), a track with no beats answers an empty result (#7173), and billing checkout failures read apart from a payment not finished in time (#7185). OpenRouter stays: #7188 and its revert #7189 cancel out, so neither is in the notes.Version bump and changelog only: the packages and plugin manifests move to 0.9.14, plus
