rootfs: include UBSan runtime in trixie-kselftest - #3248

Production fchmodat2_test exits with code 127 before executing because libubsan.so.1 is missing from the test rootfs. Install libubsan1 alongside the existing runtime libraries so sanitizer-linked selftests can start. The package is available for all five trixie-kselftest architectures. Rebuild the rootfs and update its pipeline reference to deploy the fix; changing the recipe alone does not alter existing images. Signed-off-by: Denys Fedoryshchenko <denys.f@collabora.com>

Validation: all 183 unit tests pass, all 19 rootfs configurations validate, and CI-pinned Ruff lint and format checks pass. Deployment requires rebuilding the rootfs and updating the pipeline image reference; an image rebuild and hardware rerun have not been performed.
