Bumps the CalVer version to
2026.10.27and moves the Unreleased section of CHANGES.md under it (Python 3.11+, packaging on uv/hatchling,__version__fix).After merging, create the GitHub release
26.10.27(same tag format as before) on main;python-release.yml(release: created) then publishes to PyPI via trusted publishing.
