Before this change, --auth-flow also asked for the full setup on an agent space that setup did not make. Now --full-setup asks for it, and --auth-flow only sets the operator app sign-in method. If setup only connects the MCP server to a space, --auth-flow has no effect. In that case, setup stops with an error that names --full-setup. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The setup plan now has a Setup line. The line tells if the run is a full setup. On a run that only connects the MCP server, the line tells the user to run setup again with --full-setup to update the rest of the space. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The error now names the agent space and gives the two ways to continue. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

This change adds a
--full-setupflag toldcli aws-devops-agent setup. Passing this flag will do the full setup of operator apps, etc to an agent space. A space gets the full setup if (1) it's a space set up by ldcli or (2) full setup is passed. Before this change,
--auth-flowdid two things. It set the operator app sign-in method, and it also asked for the full setup. Now--auth-flowonly sets the sign-in method.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
Note
Overview
Adds
--full-setuptoldcli aws-devops-agent setupso users can run IAM roles, account association, and operator app changes on agent spaces ldcli did not create.--auth-flownow only selects operator app sign-in (iam/idc/idp); it no longer implies full provisioning on third-party spaces.Connect-only runs error if
--auth-flowis set without--full-setup, with guidance to add--full-setupor drop the auth flag. User-facing messages and the setup plan gain a Setup scope line (Full setupvs connect-only, with a pointer to--full-setup).Breaking: automation that relied on
--auth-flowalone to force full setup on an existing space must pass--full-setupas well.Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit c802b20. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo. Configure here.
