Validation: recomputed both LHTB percentages from the published aggregate; checked both entries against their linked research material and reviewed bilingual wording; git diff --check passed. The repository public-boundary scanner completed cleanly for both changed files at the final revision. Its disposable validation route also reported an absent registry, so this is a scoped public-file scan result, not a successful live registry health check. The diff changes four News bullets across two README files; runtime tests are not applicable to this copy edit.
