Summary

Respect OpenBSD pathname limitations in LTbasic2 and enable autotools CI tests.

Changes

  • Pass existing dialect flags to LTbasic2.
  • Retain descriptor, device, and inode checks while exempting OpenBSD/NetBSD from pathname validation.
  • Run make check in OpenBSD CI, printing logs and failing on test failures.

Verification

  • Assertion fixtures: pass, including incorrect descriptor/device/inode rejection.
  • Native Darwin LTbasic2: pass.
  • Workflow YAML and shell syntax: pass.
  • Native OpenBSD execution, CI will validate it.

This PR is AI Assisted.
