What changed?
This PR serves streams that a standalone Activity or a Workflow Activity owns over Nexus. The Core pin and the regenerated bindings let a
StreamRefcarry itsactivity_idacross the contract. A Workflow ref sends noactivity_id, so its JSON and its token keep their bytes.StreamOperationHandlerattaches the caller for each owner kind. The codec step andStreamFollowerServicedecode with the Activity'sActivitySerializationContext(DD-189).The PR also adds a tool call demo, the guide section and the Nexus lane for Activity streams. Stacked on #263.
Why?
Tool-call streams need an owner that isn't a Workflow, and callers in another namespace reach them only through Nexus (DD-192, DD-201). A codec keyed by its context couldn't decode an Activity stream before.
How did you test it?

Ran the Bridge lane with the Activity in one namespace and the caller in another, on standalone Redis and a Redis Cluster.
