Today's patch is 3.13.17, which isn't on https://github.com/actions/python-versions/releases yet.
I'll specify "3.13" to allow patching.

...unless you would prefer to lock to an exact version for build reproducibility, and re-release ni/python-actions when there is a security patch.

I guess that's the direction we're heading with locked Poetry dependencies anyway: #84

if we have code that fails or not depending on the patch version we're using, we should change our code. I like using either "3.13", or figuring out how to have Renovate update this (the former is less work).

Updated to 3.13.17. Once actions/python-versions updates, the tests should pass.
