What: Fix the missing repository metadata that caused npm to reject @rh-felt/react-styles during trusted publishing.

• Add the correct GitHub repository URL to the styles package.
• Preserve publish-pipeline failures so a partial publish cannot be mistaken for success.

Testing: Package metadata, formatting, shell syntax, and diff checks passed. Mocked success, no-change, and partial-failure scenarios passed. Normal lerna changed detection selects the seven intended packages without force flags.
