Link infra and domain brief terms and ban bold - #12

Conversation
Remove bold from the aws, devops, ai and ethereum briefs and link their terms to official docs, EIPs and papers. Update facts found in review: NLB QUIC and listener rules, MCP 2026-07-28 statelessness, Terraform count index shifts, anonymous event topics. With every brief now bold-free, lint_briefs.py rejects any bold marker outside code and link targets instead of allowing three per concept. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
