Adds a renovate skill (.agents/skills/renovate/, symlinked into .claude/skills/) that checks topic briefs against the latest stable releases of what they cover and corrects stale claims and prose.

• Per topic: inventories version-bound claims, finds the latest stable release from official sources, reads release notes since the newest version the brief mentions, fixes wrong or stale claims, and adds interview-relevant changes within the AGENTS.md format limits. Every change cites a source read during the run; prereleases are not treated as shipped; unconfirmed claims are left unchanged and reported.
• Updates ## Timeline tables when present.
• Edits only the assigned brief and reports contradictions in other briefs, which are applied in a wrap-up step.
• With several topics, runs one subagent per topic (Claude Code or Codex), queued within the harness's concurrency; otherwise works sequentially.
• Wrap-up runs lint_briefs.py, check_links.py on modified briefs, and the strict site build, then reports versions checked and changes with sources. It does not commit.

AGENTS.md and README.md list the new skill and show how to invoke it.
