Briefs

• Links go to official sources where they exist: PostgreSQL and MySQL 8.4 docs, redis.io, MongoDB, Cassandra, RFCs on rfc-editor.org, MDN, man7.org man pages and docs.kernel.org. General CS terms link to Wikipedia, cp-algorithms or the USACO Guide. Cross-topic mentions link to the owner file (CDC → distributed.md, fsync → os.md, goroutines and netpoller → golang.md).
• Wording is unchanged except for these corrections:
  • algorithms: Master theorem cases need polynomial gaps, and the larger case a regularity condition.
  • database: trigram search can use GIN or GiST; IS NULL in WHERE doesn't turn a LEFT JOIN into an inner join; MongoDB's w: "majority" default has an arbiter exception; only non-recursive CTEs are inlined; two single-bullet concepts are now paragraphs.

scripts/check_links.py retries a 403 once with urllib's default User-Agent. dev.mysql.com rejects the descriptive agent that Wikipedia requires.
