- Separated implementations for psycopg2 and pg8000
- NodeConnection raises own exceptions:
- NodeConnectionException (base class)
- NodeConnectionInterfaceException
- NodeConnectionDatabaseException
- NodeConnectionDataException
- NodeConnectionOperationalException
- NodeConnectionIntegrityException
- NodeConnectionInternalException
