Yes, this change originates from Cadent and is intentional. We would appreciate it if both pull requests could be reviewed and merged into the main repository as earliest opportunity, as this is currently blocking Cadent's domain migration initiative.

Regarding if=true; specifically, it is not required in the Go environment. I will update the Go application accordingly. I have already notified the author, and we are aligned on this change. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!

✨ What's the context?
EMX Digital is migrating its Prebid Server endpoints from the legacy
emxdgt.com domain to the new Cadent domain ssp.cadent.com. This PR
updates the emxdigital bidder configuration (bidder-config/emxdigital.yaml):
🧠 Rationale behind the change
Cadent is retiring the emxdgt.com domain, so bid and user-sync traffic
must move to ssp.cadent.com for the emxdigital bidder (and its aliases
cadent_aperture_mx / emx_digital, which inherit this endpoint) to keep
working. Only hostnames change — paths, query parameters, bidder params,
and request/response handling are untouched. No trade-offs; no Java code changed.
