Fleet dependency upgrade.

  • next 15.5.24 -> 16.4.3 (web + desktop renderer). middleware.ts renamed to proxy.ts (Next 16 convention); crawl gateway still 402s GPTBot locally.
  • Majors taken: next 16, typescript 5.9 -> 7.0 (added types: ["node"] to tsconfig.base, TS 7 no longer auto-includes @types), zod 3 -> 4 (ScheduleSchema/WatchSchema.default({}) -> .prefault({})), vitest 3 -> 5, electron 33 -> 45, electron-builder 25 -> 26, marked 15 -> 18, esbuild 0.25 -> 0.28, @libsql/client 0.18, @profullstack/hqtui 0.11, @profullstack/readm3 0.24, x402-gateway 0.13.1
  • Held: @types/node kept on 24.x (24.19.2) to match the Node 24 runtime (engines >=24)
  • Overrides (pnpm-workspace.yaml): brace-expansion 1.1.21/2.1.7/5.0.12, http-cache-semantics 4.3.0, vite 7.3.7
  • Sitemap: mtime fallback marked turbopackIgnore (Turbopack otherwise traced the whole repo into .next/standalone); vitest excludes .next
  • Bun runtime image 1.4.0 -> 1.4.4 (node:24-slim build stage unchanged)
  • Version 0.16.3 -> 0.16.4 in all 12 manifests; tag v0.16.4 after merge to run the release workflow
  • Audit: prod 2 critical / 17 high -> 0; all deps 5 critical / 47 high -> 0 (pnpm audit clean)

Local gate: build, typecheck (all 12 projects), vitest 933/934 (the 1 failure is the pre-existing live-rsync permissions test, fails on main too under this box's umask), web next build + standalone boot under Bun (/, /api/health, /docs, /sitemap.xml, /download 200), desktop build + smoke:desktop on electron 45, CLI dbbackup list/--help against the real config.

…4-w9xw); v0.16.4

Majors: next 15 -> 16 (middleware.ts -> proxy.ts), typescript 7 (types: [node] in
tsconfig.base), zod 4 (object defaults -> prefault), vitest 5, electron 45,
electron-builder 26, marked 18, esbuild 0.28, @libsql/client 0.18, hqtui 0.11,
readm3 0.24. Overrides for brace-expansion, http-cache-semantics, vite.
Sitemap mtime fallback marked turbopackIgnore so standalone does not trace the
whole repo. Bun 1.4.4 runtime image. Versions 0.16.3 -> 0.16.4.
