fix(footer): restore the Profullstack webring row - #22

The pit.world global footer sweep (#20) dropped the ring row. The ring verifier reads raw HTML, so the <nav class="webring"> with prev/home/next (from=https%3A%2F%2Fhqterm.sh%2F) goes back into the site footer row, server-rendered. One copyright line; the pit.world footer (data-pit-footer) stays last in <body>. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The pit.world global footer sweep (#20) removed the Profullstack webring row. This restores it.
