Fixes #48.
Converts non-string table cells to str before newline handling so None, numeric, and boolean values render correctly. Adds a regression test and the required news fragment. Existing TableCell objects are preserved.
Verification: the commit and cross-fork diff were verified; the full Cleo test suite has not been run locally. Please use upstream CI for validation.
