Description

Infer Fuma's GitHub, Home, and Docs links from [project.urls] when theme options omit them. Preserve explicit settings, including empty values, and skip duplicate navigation destinations. Use these defaults in Yardang's own documentation and document URL precedence.

Validation: make lint; make test with 157 passing tests in a clean temporary checkout; python -m build; wheel metadata and asset inspection; git diff --check. Regression tests verify generated configuration and rendered links in the header and sidebar toolbar.

The current working copy's ignored generated Rust API pages cause a pre-existing sphinxcontrib-rust KeyError: 'index' in the self-documentation test. Reproduced on unchanged HEAD with the same generated files; those files remain untouched.
