Collect grapheme iterator and segment type cycles. Grapheme iterators returned by
unicodedata.iter_graphemes()and the segment objects they yield do not report their references to their heap types during GC traversal. If an instance participates in a cycle through its type and theunicodedatamodule, the collector cannot identify the cycle as unreachable, so the module and related objects can remain alive.Backport to 3.15.
