fix: translate the remaining English page titles and blog cards - #1965

- 4 个页面的 title 还是英文（内置 React 组件 / React 社区 / 客户端 React DOM API / React 博客），而侧边栏和正文都已是中文，页面标题与侧边栏对不上。 - 博客索引页还有 4 张卡片是英文标题 + 英文摘要，其余卡片都是中文。 - 索引页里 12 张卡片的日期仍是 "October 7, 2025" 这种英文写法，统一成 「2025 年 10 月 7 日」，与同文件其他卡片一致。

把界面和页面标题里剩下的英文补齐。这几处的正文、侧边栏都已经是中文，只有标题/卡片还是英文，同一页面里看起来是割裂的。
