Allow apps that track Runestone’s main branch to resolve TreeSitterLanguages alongside it. The previous fixed Runestone revision conflicts with a branch requirement once main advances.
Change the Runestone requirement to branch main and refresh its resolved revision to include the plain-text Writing Tools fix (simonbs/Runestone#456).
Validation: swift package resolve succeeded and resolved Runestone main at e389c6654702d94f005f9f4799d0b654e2765460; git diff --check passed.
