Sync contact/RSS footer blocks on sleep research, Lola pages, and interactive sharing essays via update_hand_work_contact_feet.py. Slide and talk decks are excluded. Inline CSS keeps styling without loading the full site stylesheet. Co-authored-by: Che ZHAO <simonzhao1024@gmail.com>
Drop the follow label from piece contact rows; match site footer at 13px with even dot spacing. Align article-page shell footer to the reading column and clear the back-to-top control. Update About zh bio and meta description. Co-authored-by: Che ZHAO <simonzhao1024@gmail.com>
