Summary

This pull request makes pyproject.toml the single source of dependencies, so developers install the app with pip install -e ..

• Moves slack-bolt from requirements.txt into a new [project] section
• Sets py-modules = [] so the editable install skips the top-level app.py and version.py
• Ignores the *.egg-info/ folder that the editable install creates
• Matches bolt-python-starter-template#71 and bolt-python-custom-step-template#69
• Closes chore: prefer pyproject.toml over requirements.txt #7, an earlier draft of the same change
• Related to chore: add ruff and pytest to pyproject.toml #8, which adds ruff and pytest settings to the same file. Whichever lands second will need a small rebase
• Verified in a fresh Python 3.14 virtual environment that pip install -e . installs slack-bolt 1.30.0
