feat(stats): the stats page takes the iOS app's palette - #111

stats.ftw.energy kept its own warm palette with an orange accent and no light theme. It now carries the app's roles from src/styles/tokens.css: the blue-black ground, ink for the interface and the charts, live for a fresh source and alarm for a failed collector, with a light theme that follows the device. A stale source falls to ink2, as freshness does in the app, so a stale feed and a failed collector no longer share one amber dot. The warm glow behind the page is gone. tests/stats-palette.test.ts holds the Worker's copy of the roles to tokens.css in both themes and keeps raw colours out of the rules.
