Panels, rearranged built-in menus and the tiles added around the mouse panel's and keyboard's keys have synced with the account since sync schema 7 to 10 (
portable_settings.rs), but the Syncs line on the Account page and the What syncs line on the account and privacy docs page still listed only the older settings. Both now say so. Wording only; no behaviour change.Validation
