Licence page: no key entry while a licence is active - #1319

Once a licence is active the page shows its status, Check licence now, Move licence here when offered, and Remove licence from this computer. With a licence active, the Licence page kept showing a Use a different key section: the key field, Activate key, Paste and activate and Import licence file. The page now shows the activation controls only while no licence is active. A licensed computer keeps its status line, Check licence now, Move licence here when offered, and Remove licence from this computer; the key controls return once the licence is removed. The hidden file input is also left out while licensed, so nothing can activate over a live licence.
