bug: allowance PIN check says it confirms sending a payment #1646

What happened?

When a PIN is required for payments, saving or ending an allowance asks for the PIN on the payment PIN screen, whose text says the PIN confirms sending out a payment. No payment is sent at that step: the PIN authorises the allowance change.

Expected behavior

The PIN screen shown for an allowance change says what is being confirmed, for example setting or ending the allowance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Settings ▸ Security: enable a PIN and "Also require for payments".
2. Subscriptions ▸ Allowances ▸ Add Allowance, pick a contact, tap Save Allowance.
3. The PIN screen's text talks about sending a payment.
