Tracks #56; keep the issue open until the immutable internal artifact consumer gate completes. Typed async InternalIdAllocator registration on UserContext rejects malformed or synchronous installations. Direct INSERT, nested batch, explicit-ID floor, and graph Save use the installed allocator; SQL provider default applies only without an override. Includes SQLite positive/negative/concurrency tests, a runnable local-source example, and documentation. Local verification: 854 passed, 8 skipped; full examples gate PASS against a dedicated local S3 fixture; dedicated Internal ID example passed twice. Public release/generator adoption are out of scope.
