build(deps): resolve open Dependabot alerts - #1494

Resolves Dependabot alerts for the bun-based auth backends: - zod 3.25.76 -> 4.6.7 (GHSA: memory exhaustion validating oversized constrained collections) in auth-simple, auth-mock and auth-eth-bun. The schemas only use APIs that are unchanged in zod 4. - hono 4.13.5 -> 4.13.14 and @hono/zod-validator 0.2.2 -> 0.9.1 in auth-simple and auth-mock (serveStatic double decode, hono/jsx XSS). - vitest -> 5.0.5 with vite 8.3.5 pinned in auth-simple and auth-mock (@vitest/mocker path traversal); drop the unused @vitest/ui, which pins vitest 1.x. bun audit is clean for all three packages. Resolves the @vitest/mocker path traversal advisory. Pin vite 8 so vitest 5 does not resolve the vulnerable vite 7, and refresh transitive dev dependencies with bun audit fix. Signed-off-by: Kevin Wang <wy721@qq.com>
dcap-qvl 0.3 pulls reqwest 0.12 with hickory-resolver 0.25.2, which carries DNSSEC validation, CNAME handling and NSEC3 loop advisories. 0.5.3 matches the main workspace and resolves hickory 0.26.3. Signed-off-by: Kevin Wang <wy721@qq.com>

Resolves the open Dependabot alerts except mio (see below).
@vitest/ui).bun auditis clean.Not addressed: mio 0.7.14 comes in through
luks2 0.5.0(latest, unmaintained) → crossterm 0.19. The advisory only affects Windows named pipes, so the alert is dismissed as not used.Tested:
bun run test:runand lint for the three auth backends,npm testin auth-eth,sdk/run-tests.sh, and sdk/js vitest against the simulator.
