What this does

Brings all seven translations of the official document (janus-facing-architecture.ar/es/fr/hi/pt/tok/zh.md) up to the current English janus-facing-architecture.md on main. They dated from the 2026-09-08 snapshot and predated both the transport-fee pricing (#6, which the 2026-09-08 snapshots had not fully absorbed) and Act 1 of the amendment plan (#18).

What was retranslated

Scoped by diffing the English from fc9feb4 to main, plus the pre-#6 gaps the snapshots still carried:

  • the rewritten two-paragraph prosumer introduction, with the Knapp (1924), Moore (1988) and Greco (2009) citations
  • the new Why This Matters section
  • the expanded Institutional Discipline principle naming each layer's exit cost
  • the exit-cost paragraphs in the Substrate, Covenant, Governance and E&I layers, and the integrity-assurance paragraph in the Substrate protocol tier
  • the Record layer: six-party topology, the stewardship-funded public chain, the witness draw, the integrity-posture paragraph, and the rewritten transport-fee settlement
  • the "E&I" → "Economy & Information" spell-outs and the rewritten Record frontend tier
  • membership by prosumer participation in the Governance orchestrator tier
  • line 1 (every credit is an IOU) and line 10 (ratification by the deployment's prosumers)
  • the three new references and the AGPL-3.0-or-later licensing (intro and footer)

Conventions preserved

Each file's established terminology is reused (e.g. es prosumidor/Pacto, fr prosommateur/intendance, ar منتج-مستهلك/الحَكامة, hi प्रोज़्यूमर/अभिशासन, zh 产消者/约定层); markdown structure, section and line numbering, registry IDs and untranslated proper names follow each file's own conventions. The toki pona file keeps its condensed-rendering convention and folds the new material in condensed form. Header snapshot dates move to 2026-10-08.

The ar/es/fr/hi/pt/tok/zh renderings of janus-facing-architecture.md
dated from the 2026-09-08 snapshot and predated both the transport-fee
pricing (#6) and Act 1 of the amendment plan (#18). Each is brought up
to the English on main: the rewritten prosumer introduction with the
Knapp/Moore/Greco citations, Why This Matters, the expanded
Institutional Discipline principle, the per-layer exit-cost and
integrity-posture paragraphs, the six-party record with the witness
draw, the transport-fee settlement, the E&I spell-outs, the IOU
line 1, line 10's ratification condition, the three new references,
and the AGPL-3.0-or-later licensing. Existing terminology is reused;
only what changed in English was retranslated. The toki pona file
keeps its condensed-rendering convention. Snapshot dates move to
2026-10-08.
