Major · Functional Correctness · Quick win

Update callers before removing --dev.

.github/workflows/check.yml and .devcontainer/postCreateCommand.sh still run ./bt install --dev. Both bt wrappers forward that option to the builder. With Install now a unit variant, the CLI rejects the option before installation starts. Update both callers to ./bt install, or retain the option for compatibility. The current change blocks the CI test step on every configured platform and stops development-container setup. (raw.githubusercontent.com)

Review comment at @builder/src/main.rs at line 72:
Update the callers in .github/workflows/check.yml and
.devcontainer/postCreateCommand.sh to invoke `./bt install` without `--dev`,
since the Install command is now a unit variant and rejects that option;
alternatively, retain `--dev` compatibility in the Install CLI definition.

review. Visit https://docs.coderabbit.ai/cli?utm_source=ghpr
