Restore a non-color link cue in both Playground examples tabs and TSConfig quick navigation. The existing footer Code Samples link is preserved.
Verification
Production build passed. Actual keyboard traversal covers the footer entry, every visible example in both tabs, and every TSConfig group/item link, including Experimental and Advanced.
Proof
Overlap: #3678 contains the same TSConfig-only change. These independent PRs are alternatives for that portion; do not apply it twice.
