Summary
QueueAPI with option arrays, and return?Taskfromput()for drivers that may decline a task.Subqueueobject forsubqueuettl, binding the subqueue name once. Names remain dynamic and are registered by the driver when tasks are put.This addresses the API concerns raised in #22 and provides a scoped subqueue API for the driver in #28.
