…3.0.0 - platform-and-packaging, client-runtime and extensions-and-composition now describe the static-factory generic path, the slim generator for the Type APIs, the JIT-only guarded reflection fallback, the net10.0/net11.0 target set and the Native AOT test lane; the #63 caveat is gone - ADR 0004 records the chosen design and the alternatives that mattered; ADR 0001 no longer calls v2 the supported line - quality gates cover the Native AOT lane and Windows-only net472 tests; the maintenance playbook records the Extensions/Core internal-member rule - AGENTS.md points at where Native AOT support is documented and qualified - Directory.Build.props: both packages 3.0.0 - CHANGELOG [Unreleased]: Native AOT test lane, Windows-only net472 tests, IsAotCompatible; generator wording matches the implementation - Sandbox comment: the default LocalStack host is localhost.localstack.cloud

Goal of the stack: 3.0.0, where existing consumers upgrade without code changes, both packages support Native AOT on net10.0/net11.0, and the libraries use no runtime reflection for types the compiler can see (a JIT-only fallback covers the rest).

The internal docs now describe the shipped design:
docs/architecture/*: the static-factory generic path, the slim generator, the JIT-only guarded fallback, the net10.0/net11.0 targets and the Native AOT test lane. The TryAddAwsService<TService>(lifetime, useServiceUrl) ignores useServiceUrl #63 caveat is removed.AGENTS.md, changelog additions, and a sandbox comment fix.Directory.Build.props: both packages set to 3.0.0. The platform document's owner table points at the shared framework properties.
